Creating the Extraordinary Student Experience

Dress professionally with the help of Student Life's Career Closet

Since 2014, the Office of Student Life Career Closet has been working to provide students with free professional clothing and accessories to aid in their success for career employment experiences.

While we may not be able to host an in-person Career Closet event this year, we are still organizing and accepting donations to help students who may not have the budget to purchase an outfit for an upcoming interview or career fair.

Donations

Please consider donating your gently used professional clothing, shoes and accessories to this event. All donated clothing will be used to provide a future Career Closet where students can “shop” for free professional attire needed for career fairs, interviews, internships and career employment.

We are in need of the following items: men's and women's suits, skirts, dresses, men's and women's slacks/dress pants, blouses, men's dress shirts, unopened/unused hosiery and socks, dress shoes (pumps, flats, appropriate boots, men's leather lace-ups), ties, purses, briefcases, jewelry and scarves.

Donations will be accepted through Friday, January 15, 2021.

Drop off times are Monday - Friday from 8 – 5 p.m.

Location:

George Wells Knight House

104 East 15 Avenue

Columbus, Ohio 43201

We can also arrange drop-offs outside those times, if needed. Donors can email slgradpad@osu.edu or Chase Moore (moore.3693@osu.edu) to make arrangements.
