Today’s Update: Listening Survey Appreciation

Dear Student Life team,

I want to share how very grateful I am to everyone who took time to participate in the Ohio State Listening Survey. Across our entire Student Life operation, we achieved a 67.5% response rate on the recent Perceptyx Listening Survey, which is truly outstanding. To put that into perspective across time, that’s more than 20% higher than in 2024 (46.2%) or 2025 (44.8%). This year’s university-wide response rate was 55.4%.

This extraordinary level of participation among Student Life team members highlights your strong engagement and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. Your feedback is essential to helping us better understand your experiences and identify opportunities to strengthen our workplace.

The next step is to review our results and identify key themes. We will use this feedback to develop action plans that address areas of opportunity and build on our strengths. We will continue to share updates as this work progresses. University-wide results will be shared with the campus community this fall.
