7-8 a.m. RPAC B134
Start your morning off right with Sunrise Yoga. This class will wake-up your body and mind as you move through a variety of yoga poses while focusing on the union of the breath and movement.
Team Challenge TRX®
8-9 a.m. RPAC Track Level
Looking to challenge yourself and those around you? Come check out Team Challenge TRX®! You and your workout partner or team will alternate between strength circuits and cardio bursts for a fun hour to prepare you for the rest of your day.
Black Light Ride
9-10 a.m. RPAC B30
Black Light Rhythm Ride is back! Come join us for this heart pumping, quick paced and all-around exciting 60 minute indoor cycle class. Only two requirements: wear some neon and have fun!
9 a.m.- While Supplies Last Ohio Union, Performance Hall
Join OUAB and start your day on the right note by enjoying a hot breakfast, coffee and tea. Food available while supplies last!
KIND Mobile Flower Wall
9-11 a.m West Plaza, Ohio Union
KIND invites you to visit their mobile flower wall to pick up a free KIND bar and flower. The KIND bar is for you and the flower is for you to pass along to a friend, loved one or stranger.
Reading Day Rise and Shine
9:30-11 a.m. RPAC Lower Main Space
Breakfast is on us! Enjoy a light breakfast at the RPAC to start your day. Food available while supplies last! Finish the semester strong with your favorite fresh brewed coffee or tea at home.
Break with Buckeye Belle
10 a.m. – Noon RPAC B130
Take a study break and stop by the Student Life Student Wellness Center to get a snack and hangout with therapy dog Buckeye Belle!
Throw Back Tuesday Circuit Cycle
Noon – 1 p.m. RPAC B30
This is one #TBT you will sure want to post about! With everything from the Rolling Stones to Destiny's Child, come jam to an eclectic mix of your favorite throwback tunes during this special edition circuit cycle class.
Relax with Aveda
2-4 p.m. RPAC Lower Main Space
There's no better way to relax than by having a massage! Stop by for head and hand massages from the Aveda Institute.

Take a snack break and refuel. Food available while supplies last!
3-4 p.m. RPAC B30
Ready to party?! If you have a need for speed, this fast-paced class is for you. Set to your favorite EDM tracks, the energy will only build as we sprint to the finish line. Sweating is guaranteed, so don't forget your water bottle and towel! This class is first-come, first-served so be sure to show up early to claim your spot.
Test Anxiety Workshop
3-4 p.m. Younkin Success Center room 150
The goal of the Test Anxiety Workshop is to introduce ways to beat test anxiety. During the workshop, thoughts, actions and physical sensations/emotions linked with test anxiety will be reviewed. You will learn new skills to help you prepare for exams, challenge self-defeating thoughts, calm your body and be a more effective test taker. This workshop is based on approaches that have been thoroughly researched and have been found to be effective in managing test anxiety.
4-5 p.m. Baker Systems 136
This 1-hour drop in workshop will examine the differences between perfectionism, high/over-achieving and healthy functioning. Presenters will also address the origins of perfectionism, risks of thoughts and behaviors tied to Perfectionism, and encourage a focus on process versus outcome, providing strategies individuals can use to set healthy goals. Participants are able to ask questions of and elicit feedback from the facilitators. This workshop will benefit anyone who sees perfectionistic traits in themselves and wants to explore the importance of this concept in their life.
Zumba® vs. Hip Hop
4-5 p.m. RPAC B134
Are you ready to break it down on the dance floor?! Participants will be taken through a variety of your favorite routines from both Zumba® and Hip Hop dance classes. If you are feeling the stress from finals, take a study break and come get down with group fitness - we guarantee you will leave this class sweaty and smiling!
Study Space with Buckeyethon
4-9 p.m. Cartoon Room, Ohio Union
Looking for a space to study? Come hang out with BuckeyeThon, where you can relax, have some coffee and food and ace those finals!
Beyonce Circuit Cycle
4:30-5:30 p.m. RPAC B30
Crazy in love with circuit cycle? You won't want to miss this special edition Beyonce class. A real crowd favorite! This combination of work done on and off the bike, a full-body workout with the perfect balance of cardio, power and strength training - all to the soundtrack of Queen Bey!
Ropes and Rowers
5-6 p.m. RPAC South Gym
Get ready for battle (or finals) with this high-intensity, sweat-fest utilizing the combination of our Battle Ropes and Water Rowers! You and your team will conquer a variety of strength and cardio circuits, emphasizing power and explosiveness to activate and integrate all the major muscle groups for a total body workout. You are stronger than you think you are, so get ready to make some serious waves!
Boy Band Barre
5:30-6:30 p.m. RPAC B134
“Come Together” because “Backstreet’s Back” and “Tearin’ Up My Heart” at Boy Band Barre! Come jam to your favorite boy bands like Backstreet Boys, ‘N Sync, Hanson, One Direction and Maroon 5! Let’s have some fun and break a sweat because that’s really “What Makes You Beautiful”. Barre None is a combination of ballet, Pilates and yoga-inspired exercises designed to strengthen, sculpt and lengthen your muscles.
6-7 p.m. RPAC Track Level
Adding tabata to any workout is sure to challenge you at that next level. Tabata is a high and low intensity training technique that includes 20 seconds of work, with 10 second breaks. Add tabata to a typical TRX® workout and you'll be sure to leave class invigorated and ready to take on your exams!
Flicks for Free – Sing
6 p.m. (One Showing) Ohio Union, U.S. Bank Conference Theater
OUAB will be showing "Sing" for this year's Reading Day. There will be a 6 p.m. showing at The Ohio Union in the U.S. Bank Conference Theater. As the name of the event insinuates, attending the movie is FREE and OUAB also provides FREE popcorn and drinks. Please not that BuckID admits 2- so feel free to bring a friend!
STRONG by Zumba®
6:30 – 7:30 p.m. RPAC South Gym
STRONG by Zumba® is a new program by Zumba® that incorporates strength and interval training to the dance class you know and love. Come work up a sweat to this special-offer class to get a taste of something new! Bumping music, dripping sweat and smiling participants. What more could you want?

School's (almost) out for summer! Don't miss this special edition circuit cycle class with all your favorite summer hits to push you through the last days of spring semester!

Relax your body and mind after a long day with Moonlight Yoga. This gentle yoga class will help you release any tension or stress as you move through the moon salutation and other restorative yoga poses. Perfect for any fitness level.
