  • Title: SEEDs Cohort Member

As a second-year, full-time MBA student pursuing a Graduate Interdisciplinary Specialization (GIS) in Disability Studies, I have a passion for creating positive change in business by playing an active role in building more accessible, inclusive, and equitable products, services, and workplaces.

Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, I speak Portuguese and Spanish and have a master’s in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to starting my MBA at the Fisher College of Business, I had a multimedia communications career in the higher education industry.

My experience as an MBA student with a non-apparent disability has made me deeply aware of how inaccessible education can be, and I am committed to engaging with the campus community to share my story to promote change. Besides being a SEEDs cohort member, I am the vice president of the Fisher Graduate Women in Business (FGWIB) student organization and a committee member for the Council of Graduate Students (CGS) Health, Wellness, and Safety Committee.

I find great joy and purpose in supporting women, advocating for people with disabilities, and fostering rescue dogs through RESCUEDohio, a Columbus-based rescue organization.
