Organizational effectiveness, operational excellence and strategic communications are more than just buzz words. They are the cornerstone of strong and successful organizations.

Teams within the Administrative Excellence area of focus leverage our administrative structure for overarching collaboration, both within Student Life and also with university and community partners and supporters. Administrative operations are split into two areas: the first that leverages the resources of fiscal management, technology services and facilities management, the second that focuses on strategic engagement for the Office of Student Life, including the operations and strategic priorities for the Senior Vice President for Student Life.

Financial Management

Student Life Financial Management provides financial planning and guidance, detailed reporting and analysis, payroll processing and fiscal compliance.

Human Resources works collaboratively with peers, business partners and employees to identify and implement solutions to business challenges and goals based on sound HR principles.

MarComm

Student Life Marketing and Communications tells the story of the Office of Student Life and its multiple departments through the creation, implementation and assessment of effective integrated marketing communications.

Partner Engagement and Innovation

The Office of Student Life partners with many organizations and groups across the university, city and country to help create the extraordinary student experience.

Student Health Insurance

SHI manages the university's health insurance requirement and provides options to meet it. They help students make informed health insurance choices so they can protect their academic progress from disruptive health care costs.

Technology Services

SLTS enables each area of the Office of Student Life; through responsible, secure, and accessible technology; to conduct university business in support of the student's educational and campus life needs outside of the classroom.
