As the Director of Student Life Business Services, Tiffany is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Business Management teams that support the various operations across Student Life that influence the student experience on campus. Her team ensures day-to-day business transactions and accounting practices are compliant with university policies, procedures and internal control structure; manage and report on unit financial status; provide guidance in navigating and accessing the Workday system; and serve as partners in executing units' strategic plans.  

Prior to joining Student Life in spring 2019, Tiffany served Ohio State in a variety of fiscal roles on both the support unit and academic sides since starting as a student employee in 2006. She is a proud two-time graduate of Ohio State, recently obtaining her MBA through the Fisher College of Business Working Professionals program in 2024 in addition to her bachelor's degree in psychology in 2009.
