Thorne serves as the general public health officer for students and is responsible for all aspects of the student health care program and student health policies, including providing leadership in the development and delivery of health-related programs and services. Thorne received a BS in Athletic Training from Ohio University, MEd from the University of Virgina and MBA from Capital University.
