As Director of the Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program, Mercedes oversees impactful strategy and program management grounded in data-driven assessment, while cultivating strong relationships with students and stakeholders, developing high-impact personal and professional development curriculum, fostering meaningful community and advisory board engagement, and deepening connections with an expansive alumni network. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a Major in Crisis Communications and a Minor in Political Science.
