Dr. Schultz provides leadership for STEP, the Scarlet and Gray Advantage Learning Community and other strategic student initiatives within the Office of Student Life. Dr. Schultz earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University and her Doctor of Education degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
