Helena Rempala

Helena Rempala, PhD, ABPP, BCN is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where she holds the role of the inaugural Director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program. She teaches psychology interns, psychiatry residents, and sleep medicine fellows behavioral approaches to treating sleep disorders. She has extensive experience in evidence-based psychotherapies targetting Insomnia, adult ADHD, depression, anxiety and trauma.
Dr. Rempala earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Warsaw, Poland, and her PhD from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She is a licensed psychologist in Ohio and is board certified in Clinical Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). She is also a BCIA Associate Fellow and certified neurofeedback provider. Dr. Rempala is a Life Member of the American Psychological Association and a member of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
