Ohio State Career Studios provide convenient, accessible support designed to help you prepare. Career Studios are welcoming drop-in spaces where trained Student Peer Career Coaches offer practical guidance without the need for an appointment. Graduate and professional students can receive assistance refining resumes and CVs, tailoring application materials for specific industries, developing effective networking strategies, preparing for interviews, and identifying employers aligned with their career goals. Peer Career Coaches can also connect you with a professional Career Coach for more in-depth guidance on topics such as career exploration, professional branding, salary negotiation, and navigating career pivots.

Career Studios are located in the Ohio Union, Busch House Residence Hall, and Thompson Library, making it easy to access support between classes, research responsibilities, clinical work, or internships.

In addition to drop-in coaching, Buckeye Commons offers career preparation workshops that can help graduate and professional students approach the career fair with confidence. Workshop topics include career fair strategy, networking and relationship building, LinkedIn optimization, job search planning, and professional communication with recruiters and hiring managers.
