Today's Update: Tuesday, March 29, 2022

March 29, 2022

Dear Student Life team,

If you haven’t completed your annual Report=Support online training, the clock is ticking. This year’s deadline is one month from today, Friday, April 29.

This is a mandatory sexual misconduct prevention online course for all faculty, staff and student employees.

Ohio State doesn’t require everyone on campus to take very many training courses, but this topic is important enough to warrant it being universal.

Report=Support helps you recognize sexual misconduct (including sexual assault or harassment, relationship violence and stalking), explains the impact of sexual misconduct and provides tools to address, disrupt and report inappropriate and harmful behavior.

There is no place at Ohio State for sexual misconduct or violence of any kind. Knowing the information that is included in this training is a vital part of our effort to promote safety and well-being for all students, faculty and staff.

If you need more incentive than just doing the right thing, note that if you are eligible for the annual merit compensation program, you need to complete this training before April 29 to be considered for a merit increase. There will be no extensions to the deadline.

The training is interactive and should only take you about a half hour to complete.

You’ll find the Report=Support module in your BuckeyeLearn account at buckeyelearn.osu.edu.

More information is online: https://titleix.osu.edu/navigation/prevention/training.html

All of us have the responsibility to advance a culture of respect and promote a safe and healthy campus. If you haven’t already, please take the Report=Support training. It’s the Scarlet and Great way to be responsible.
