Dear Student Life team,

How do you feel about your experience working here at Ohio State? The university wants to hear from you. 

Monday is the last day to fill out the university’s Listening Survey to gather perspectives that are a critical component in moving our institution forward and shaping future strategy and goals. 

If you were included in the survey, you received a unique email and link from Perceptyx, an independent third-party survey research firm, on May 1. The deadline to complete it is Monday, May 19. It should take about 5 minutes. 

If you can’t find the email with your unique link, access the survey through the Perceptyx website. You’ll just need to enter your employee ID. It’s the top number on your BuckID, or you can find it in Workday.  

Please know that this is a strictly confidential survey administered by Perceptyx. They will de-identify the results and leaders will not have access to individual responses.    

The survey, which builds on the 2024 Presidential Listening Survey, gives you the opportunity to provide your feedback in a number of areas. It asks about future vision, engagement, performance management, community, workplace well-being, teamwork and collaboration, growth and development, change and innovation, and direct leader relationships. 

The results will be shared with the campus community and information from the survey will be used to inform action planning. 

I strongly encourage you to spend the few minutes it will take to thoughtfully answer the 22 questions.  

It’s a Scarlet and Great way to both make sure your voice is heard and to help influence the future direction of Ohio State.
