Dear Student Life team,

Happy High Five Friday!

I hope you are settling back in after Spring Break, and ready to take on the rest of the semester. High Five to you if you found ways to refresh and rejuvenate.

High Five if you made it to one of our Scarlet and Great Gatherings yesterday. In addition to catching up with colleagues, our team put together 160 coloring kits and 200 mini-coping kits that will be taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, hundreds of paper flowers with uplifting messages to be placed in coffee sleeves at Espress O-H and 100 cards to go to residents in elder care facilities. There was an Off-Campus Safety Walk just before break led by the team in the Willie J. Young Sr. Off-Campus and Commuter Student Engagement. Do you have a colleague who is doing extraordinary work? Send me a note. I’d love to include them in an upcoming High Five Friday message. Nothing makes me happier than to celebrate the successes of our amazing Student Life team.
