Buckeye Love month is just about over, but the good feelings from all the random acts of kindness our team initiated will live on. Ohio State’s two senior honor societies, Sphinx and Mortar Board, partner each year to host a recognition reception to honor staff and faculty throughout the university who have supported and mentored the student members of those organizations. High Fives to the Student Life team members recognized at this year’s event: Félix Alonso, Matt Couch, Dave DeAngelo, Candace Floyd, Julia Skrabak, Mercedes Wallace and Leah Wheeler.
This week’s STEP Expo was a huge success with 262 students presenting posters on their Signature Projects. High Five to the Expo planning team of Sahmyah Kelley-Guilford, Elle Carpenter, Jennifer Kunz and Chelsea Black. High Fives to the STEP team members including Julie Schultz, Rich Bruno, Caitlyn Tietje, Audrey Evans and Brian Raison. In addition, a number of Student Life team members supported the Expo as reviewers, speaking with students about their projects and the transformation they experienced through STEP.
