BuckID's Bodnar elected President of NACCU

BuckID Director Josh Bodnar is now President of NACCU, the national organization dedicated to serving professionals who manage campus identification programs on higher education campuses. 

His term as President began at the NACCU Annual Business Meeting on April 21, 2026, and he will serve through the 2027 NACCU Annual Business Meeting.

BuckID, a unit in Ohio State’s Office of Student Life, produces more than 60,000 identification cards and badges each year, and its self-operated merchant program is one of the largest of its kind in the nation.

Josh has been involved in the campus card industry since 2011 and has served NACCU in a variety of leadership and volunteer roles. He has been on the NACCU Board of Directors since 2023.

A recognized thought leader in the industry, he has also presented at NACCU and user group conferences on topics including managing transformational projects, card production security, system integration and automation, audit processes for door access, off campus merchant programs and system transitions.
