Shina Drummond, SHRM-SCP

Shina provides strategic leadership for Student Life human resource functions including hiring, talent management, performance management, compensation, employee and labor relations and organization development. She has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, including more than 13 at Ohio State. She previously served as the Associate Director of HR in the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Distance Education and eLearning. Shina has a depth of experience in supporting complex organizations with unique HR needs, including student employment, workforce planning, mentoring programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives. She has a BA in Psychology from Ohio University, is a Certified Change Management Practitioner and holds additional certifications in human resources and leadership practices.
