As the Director of Leadership & Engagement within the Fisher College of Business, Lorraine provides strategic oversight to the development and implementation of student engagement, co-curricular, and experiential programming opportunities for 7500+ undergraduate Fisher students. She is an experienced college administrator that strategically creates and strengthens an inclusive environment to maximize student success and retention. In this role, Lorraine leads a team dedicated to providing students with impactful experiences that enhance their undergraduate student experience. Lorraine earned a B.A. in Family Studies from Miami University and a M.Ed.  from the University of Cincinnati.
