Brooke Tacsar is a second-year at Ohio State studying journalism and criminology. Currently, she is a reporter and writer for Parent and Family Relations, The Lantern and Her Campus. She is also involved in Pen Pals and the Sociology and Criminology Club. Through Buck-I-SERV, she has traveled to Kansas City, Missouri, Nashville, Tennessee, Accra, Ghana and Atlanta, Georgia to volunteer with various community partners in fighting social justice issues such as poverty and juvenile justice. 

This is her second year as a SEEDs cohort and she hopes to continue being a voice for Ohio State students by building a relationship with various offices while making campus more inclusive and sustainable.
