Your Student Life: Sibs, Kids and Family Day

March 11, 2025

Ohio State students and their families, friends and supporters are invited to participate in a day full of programming around campus on Saturday, March 29.

Sibs, Kids and Family Day is an annual event hosted by Student Life’s Parent and Family Relations to let you showcase the thrills of being a Buckeye to your family members. The day features dozens of activities for all ages hosted by various campus offices and academic units.

Online registration will close on Wednesday, March 26, at noon ET. To register online, visit the Sibs, Kids and Family Day information page for instructions and a link to the registration form. On-site registration will be available on Saturday, March 29.

Included on the list of activities this year is a self-guided tour of Ohio Stadium. During the tour, students and families will have access to several areas that are normally restricted on game day, such as the press box, suites and the field.

Other unique experiences during the day include ice skating, a chemistry demo show, tours of the Orton bell tower and more.

Additionally, families staying for the weekend are encouraged to visit some of the popular attractions that Columbus has to offer. The Columbus Blue Jackets are offering a special ticket and meal package for their Friday, March 28, game against the Vancouver Canucks. For those looking to see giraffes, elephants and bears during the weekend, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium has also generously provided a discount ticket opportunity that can be used any time during the weekend. To purchase your tickets for these exclusive deals, click the associated box under the Around Columbus section of the Sibs, Kids and Family Day event schedule
