It’s High Five Friday, and another great opportunity to congratulate our team for being Scarlet and Great!
High Five to Marketing’s Stephanie Lingofelter, with assists from Dining, Housing, Technology Services and Finance for collecting, coordinating and collating all the housing and dining rates and getting them up on our website.
Rob Jech gets a High Five for securing a $1.5 million gift from Student Life friends Linda and Michael Stickney to establish the Buckeye Leadership Fellows Endowment Fund.
A High Five to Bridgett Keener, Kim Traverse and Mindy Clagg for taking on a Herculean effort of creating floor plans that plot out physical distancing for every operation in Student Life.
A High Five goes to Julie Sanzone in recognition of her outstanding leadership of the learning community recruitment and admissions process, which has resulted in nearly 1,000 incoming students being offered spots in our 19 Student Life-sponsored programs.
The Center for the Study of Student Life gets a High Five for helping Student Life’s Career Counseling and Support Services and Buckeye Careers learn about our recent graduates through the Graduation Survey, which this year included questions about the impact of COVID-19. And to those departments for support our students and recent grads in their career aspirations.
The entire Residence Life team gets a High Five for working the front desks at the open residence halls. It’s a Scarlet and Great example of how we work as a team, even if it’s not our assigned job.
