The Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University welcomes you to work with our professional Conference and Event Management team. Whether you are a non-university client, a university department, or a registered student organization, our team will assist with planning the initial details for your special event or your international, national or local conference.
Our vibrant and flexible campus spaces will be sure to welcome your attendees to engage, connect and learn in the heart of Columbus, Ohio’s metropolitan area. We host thousands of special events during the summer and throughout the academic year, including conferences and summer camps, recreational and athletic sporting events, large meetings and diverse social events.
For meeting planners wishing to host a conference or special event on campus, we partner with many departments including our professional event planning team, catering, dining, summer conference housing, hotels, transportation and parking to assist you in the execution of your event. Our focus is making sure you have a successful and memorable event while experiencing The Ohio State University.
