Continued Effort for Sustainable and Lasting Impact
This is the eighth year of the SFSFS program and we couldn’t be more excited! This year we have chosen to build upon the redesign the program and work with a single school on a one-day reading event.
This year the program will work with the Graham School’s 3rd Grade classes on a one-day reading event being held on Tuesday, April 26th. This event will allow Ohio State University students to engage with Graham School students and foster a love for reading through a day of reading in classrooms with 3rd grade students.
Additionally, there will be a Scholastic book fair held the same day that will provide one free book for every student in the Graham School, The goal is to raise monetary donations to allow every student to pick their very own book to promote literacy and education among Graham school youth.
