RISE AND GRIND 

6:30 - 7:30 a.m. RPAC B30 

Energize your morning with this full body workout! A mix of strength training and cardio bursts, this quick-paced class will challenge your entire body. Whether you are an early-riser or just looking to get your workout in early, this class will leave you feeling invigorated, accomplished and ready to take on the rest of your day! 

SUNRISE YOGA 

7 - 8 a.m. RPAC B134 

Start your morning off right with Sunrise Yoga. This class will wake-up your body and mind as you move through a variety of yoga poses while focusing on the union of the breath and movement. 

BARRE BOOTCAMP 

8:30 - 9:30 a.m. RPAC B134 

Cardio meets Barre in this high-intensity and sculpting mash-up class! This class is guaranteed to make you sweat and feel the burn using light weights and high repetitions. Come ready to start your day off strong!

OUABREAKFAST

9 a.m. Ohio Union Performance Hall

Join OUAB and start your day on the right note by enjoying a hot breakfast, coffee and tea. Food available while supplies last! 

BLACK LIGHT RHYTHM RIDE 

9 - 9:45 a.m. RPAC B30 

Black Light Rhythm Ride is back! Come join us for this heart pumping, quick paced and all-around exciting 45-minute indoor cycle class. Only two requirements: wear some neon and have fun!

10:30 - 11:15 a.m. RPAC B30 

Black Light Ride is back! Come join us for this heart pumping, quick paced, and all-around exciting 45-minute indoor cycle class. Only two requirements: wear some neon and have fun! 

BOY BAND CIRCUIT CYCLE 

11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. NRC 310/320 

“Come Together” because “Backstreet’s Back” and “Tearin’ Up My Heart” at Boy Band Circuit Cycle! Come jam to your favorite boy bands like Backstreet Boys, ‘N Sync, Hanson, One Direction, and Maroon 5! Let’s have some fun and break a sweat because that’s really “What Makes You Beautiful”. 

INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION

12:30 – 2 p.m., RPAC Dave Griner 

Meditation is an excellent way to reduce stress, so come learn the basics and practice some beginning meditation techniques. You will also have the chance to design a meditation plan that's perfect for you!

30/30: BIKES, BANDS AND BOSU® 

Noon - 1 p.m. RPAC B30 

Limited on time and looking for an efficient, challenging workout? The perfect blend of cardio and strength training in one hour, this class is guaranteed to take your workout to the next level! The first half of your workout will test your cardiorespiratory limits on the bike, while the second half of class will challenge your strength, power and agility on the floor with resistance bands and the BOSU. With less time spent transitioning from bike to floor, you will have more time to push harder, move faster and get stronger - plus, double the instructors means double the fun! 

HIP HOP BARRE 

1 - 2 p.m. RPAC B134 

Stop, collaborate and listen...Rec Sports is back with a brand new invention: Hip Hop Barre! This Barre class set to hip-hop beats and is the perfect barre remix to re-energize your body and mind. Come take a break and get down with Hip Hop Barre. 

TRIPLE THREAT TRX® 

2 - 3 p.m. RPAC Track Level 

Looking to challenge yourself through a series of strength and cardio circuits? This class will utilize the TRX Suspenion Trainer, the track and the rowers to give you the ultimate full body workout! With threee stations and three instructors, this class is guaranteed to be three times as much fun! 

BOXING BODY SCULPT 

3 - 4 p.m. RPAC South Gym 

Get ready to kick, punch, run and jump your way through finals week! This high energy, circuit-style class will combine your favorite cardio kickboxing and cross training drills, skils and challenges. This class will leave you feeling fierce and fired-up to take on your finals. 

COFFEE AND COLORING BOOKS IN THE KBK CENTER

3 - 5 p.m. Ohio Union Keith B. Key Center for Student Leadership and Service

Stop by to refuel and refocus with coffee, light snacks and coloring books. Available while supplies last.

FINALS COUNTDOWN: AN ACADEMIC MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVE

3 - 5 p.m. Nosker House Burgee Room 

Join USG in the Nosker House Burgee Room for studying, free snacks and fun activities to promote mental health during finals week. Don't forget to bring your friends!

SUNSET YOGA 

4 - 5 p.m. RPAC South Gym 

Start your night with Sunset Yoga. This class will calm your body and mind as you move through a variety of yoga poses that will POWER you through studying for finals. 

DOUBLE TROUBLE CIRCUIT CYCLE 

4:30 - 5:30 p.m. RPAC B30 

Double the instructors, double the fun! Grab a friend and join us for this special edition circuit cycle class guaranteed to make you work twice as hard. This class is first-come, first-served so be sure to show up early to claim your spot! 

ROPES AND ROWERS 

5 - 6 p.m. RPAC South Gym 

Get ready for battle (or finals) with this high-intensity, sweat-fest utilizing the combination of our Battle Ropes and Water Rowers! You and your team will conquer a variety of strength and cardio circuits, emphasizing power and explosiveness to activate and integrate all the major muscle groups for a total body workout. You are stronger than you think you are, so get ready to make some serious waves! 

ALL YOU NEED IS YOGA 

5:30 - 6:30 p.m. RPAC B134 

Finals got you feeling “Helter Skleter”? “Come Together” and just “Let It Be” as you treat your body and mind to this Beatles themed yoga class! Our instructor will keep your breathing, moving and grooving through this unique yoga flow set to all your favorite Beatles tunes. 

GLOW STRONG BY ZUMBATM 

6:30 - 7:30 p.m. NRC 210/220 

STRONG by Zumba® is a program by Zumba® that incorporates strength and interval training to the dance class you know and love. Come work up a sweat and GLOW with some bumping music, dripping sweat and smiling participants. What more could you want? 

TAG TEAM CIRCUIT CYCLE 

7 - 8 p.m. RPAC B134 

Looking to challenge yourself and try something new? Come to this special edition Tag-Team Circuit Cycle! You and your workout partner will alternate between drills on the floor and some sets on the bike. We will pair you with another participant or feel free to bring a friend! 

GLOW WITH THE FLOW 

8 - 9 p.m. NRC 210/220 

Revitalize your body and mind after a long day with Glow with the Flow Yoga. Our instructors will lead you through a class that will fluidly move from one pose to the next and incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, the lights, music and energy will leave you feeling stress-free and empowered to take on your finals. 

LEGENDS, SUPERSTARS AND DIVAS! 

9 - 10 p.m. A200 

Shake and shimmy the stress of finals away with your favorite music Legends, Superstars and Divas – and your favorite Rec Sports dance instructors! This special-edition dance fitness class will work your entire body while giving you a great cardio workout and the opportunity to let loose. With four total instructors leading you through this high-energy, non-stop dance party, we guarantee you’ll have so much fun you’ll forget you are working out!
