Feeling stressed? What are you going to do? Attend the Stress Busters Workshop!
This workshop has been specifically designed for OSU students interested in developing strategies to manage stress. We will focus on learning to identify symptoms of stress, the impact that it has on our mind, body, behavior and emotions and different ways to cope with it. Active participation is requested but not required. We will offer some skills, handouts and a stress-free environment! At the end of this workshop, participants should be able to identify the different symptoms of stress and utilize different stress management techniques. The workshop will begin Friday, Feb 7 and run through the remainder of the semester.
Every Friday at 3:00-4:30 pm. There will be no Stress Busters Workshop on Friday, February 21.
