This group is an 8 week series that has the goal of cultivating meaning into students' daily experience, thus enhancing joy in their lives while reducing depressive symptoms. Increasing optimism about the future, identifying and developing strengths, assuming a posture of gratitude and learning to interact more constructively with friends and loved ones are among the skills that will be imparted Activities will be assigned as a part of the group's protocol in addition to be commitment to attend all eight sessions.
