Interested in looking for new and creative ways to use swimming as a form of fitness maintenance? Our instructor will pull from past experiences as a competitive swimmer to assist with basic swim techniques while creating a fun and inviting environment for all levels. This is not your typical water aerobics class! Exercises include a generous amount of lap swimming, swimming drills, and strength training and flexibility ideas for the water. Do not be intimidated if you are not a swimmer! No one will be left behind. All varieties of props can be incorporated to assist you with your needs. This is also a perfect class for swimmers and for those training for triathlons.
