Join fellow students for a free fitness class focusing on building strength! This class is led by a registered instructor from the Department of Recreational Sports within the Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University. Please note that space is limited, and all classes are first-come, first-served.
Class description: CORE Intensity - a 30 minute high intensity body weight circuit class combined with 30 minutes of core work at the end.
