This workshop has 3 sessions to assist students in learning how to manage negative thoughts, tolerate difficult situations, and develop coping skills for different emotions. This workshop is appropriate for any students who are stressed, depressed, anxious, and/or needs to learn how to manage emotions and difficult situations. Students can join at any time in the series, however encouraged to attend all 3 sessions for maximum benefit.
Students wishing to participate should check in on the 4th floor of the Younkin Success Center at start time.
Series 1 (Thursdays from 3-4:30 p.m.) - May 30th, June 6th and June 13th.
Series 2 (Tuesdays from 3- 4:30 p.m.) - June 25th, July 2nd and July 9th.
Series 3 (Tuesdays from 3-4:30 p.m.) - July 23rd, July 30th and August 6th.
