Join fellow students for a free fitness class focused on hip hop dance! Hip Hop is offered every Wednesday during the semester. This class is led by a registered instructor from the Department of Recreational Sports within the Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University. Please note that space is limited, and all classes are first-come, first-served.
Class description: Still as popular as ever! This combination class allows for an equal amount of cardiovascular and strength work, split by segments. An equal balance of cardio routines, drills, and sculpting exercises will get your body moving. This class yields fat burning results for both fitness novices and veterans.
