Express Full Body Challenge -In this shortened version of our Full Body Challenge class, you get all the benefits of resistance training. One can expect a moderate cardio workout while training a variety of larger muscles groups to gain muscular strength and endurance. Core work is incorporated throughout, along with a flexibility portion at the end.
