Express Cardio Kickboxing - This 45-minute version of our classic combination class allows for an equal amount of cardiovascular and strength work, split by segments. An equal balance of cardio routines, drills, and sculpting exercises will get your body moving. This class yields fat burning results for both fitness novices and veterans!
