WERK IT! - WERK IT! is a cardio dance class that helps you burn off the calories to your favorite songs and helps you feel confident and comfortable in your body. Each class consists of choreographed dances, along with sections that allow you to freestyle dance. You'll have such a great time, you won't even realize you are working out!
