Cardio Dance Mash-Up - Love Cardio Dance, Shake It!, and Zumba®? This class is for you! Cardio Dance Mash-Up combines elements of different dance disciplines to bring you something new. Taught by different instructors each week, participants will be led through a dance-style workout based on the classes the instructors teach. It's a great way to mix up your workouts!
