Spice up your workout routine in a fun and exciting way! Shake it! gives you an hour of choreographed dances to the latest pop songs. You will dance and shake it in ways you never thought were possible! This class is a great way to let loose and dance your heart out while working out at the same time. You will work your upper body, lower body, and core without even thinking about it. No dance experience is required. Find that hidden dancer in you!
