Hi/Lo Aerobics is classic group exercise at its best. This hour long class incorporates rhythmic movement patterns of high and low intensities, incorporating large muscle group movements through full ranges of motion. The best part? It's fun! Before you know it, you've reached your cardiovascular goal for the day. End class with a good stretch, deep breaths, and a stronger you!
