Challenge yourself and try something new. This class will take you through a series of strength circuits on the TRX® Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will be sure to test your strength and balance. Cardio drills may also be incorporated to get your heart racing. Each class is a new workout, with a similar structure. Come and learn a totally new way to train!
