Time: Tuesday, March 19, 2013 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Location: Younkin Success Center, room 300
Two psychotherapists from OSU's Counseling and Consultation Service, Daniel Goldstein and Abbey Carter Logan, will explore the unique ways that gender socialization impacts individuals across the gender spectrum, with a particular emphasis on the role of shame. Through engaging in dialogue, participants will gain greater awareness of how this process affects them emotionally, psychologically, and behaviorally and how they might move beyond it to live more meaningful and authentic lives.
This event is part of a large collaboration across OSU's campus and Columbus to celebrate Women's History Month. To view more of events please visit Women's History Month on the MCC website!
