Students currently living in the residence halls whose University accounts are current and have no holds or past due balances, have first priority for space on campus for next year. Contract renewal information for on campus housing will be e-mailed to your student's OSU e-mail account in late January. Contracts may be submitted online from 12:01am on February 6, 2013 until 11:59pm on February 20, 2013. The information your students will be sent will guide them through the steps they need to take to complete their online housing contract. You may want to note the renewal deadline on your calendar so you can remind your student about submitting their contract for next year if they wish to live on campus. Due to the high demand, University Housing will not be able to accept late submissions of the renewal information.
