Admission: Free for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 free fitness classes per semester.
Express Cycle - All the benefits of Indoor Cycle, without all the time. Whether you are intimidated by the length of longer cycle sessions or are pressed for time, Express Cycle will take you through a full 45-minute cardio workout and end with a gentle stretch to get you out the door.
