Creating the Extraordinary Student Experience

Location: RPAC South Gym

Admission: Free for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 free fitness classes per semester.

HardCORE - This core class adds discipline and variety to your current abdominal workout. The instructor will take you through a spectrum of core exercises presented to challenge new and seasoned participants alike. A variety of resistance techniques and fitness equipment will be used to advance exercises, and modifications will be given.
