Admission: Free for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 free fitness classes per semester.
Breakdance Yoga - Core strength, control, and functional flexibility are concepts found in both dance and the practice of yoga. This fun-filled yoga class will challenge you to try some playful and strength building poses. Learn how to use the physical concepts of yoga and apply them to something new - breakdancing! No experience necessary in either discipline.
