Admission: Free for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 free fitness classes per semester.
Sport Conditioning - Train like an athlete! Sport Conditioning will simulate a full strength and conditioning session for the athlete in all of us. Learn drills for agility, strength, speed, and endurance. No one leaves without being challenged. Flexibility work will be incorporated at the end to leave you refreshed and ready to finish your day.
