Admission: Free for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 free fitness classes per semester.
Cardio Kickboxing - This combination class allows for an equal amount of cardiovascular and strength work, split by segments. An equal balance of cardio routines, drills, and sculpting exercises will get your body moving. This class yields fat burning results for both fitness novices and veterans.
