This 6-week progressive program will help you lead a healthy lifestyle throughout the holiday season. Everything from healthy recipes, staying active with a hectic schedule, eating on-the-go, and other topics will be covered during these sessions. Each participant receives a pedometer and healthy recipe cookbook. Register Monday, October 14, at 9 a.m. Limited to 30 participants.
