Time: Tuesday, November 12, 2013 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
This is a 6 week group designed for students dealing with social discomfort and anxiety. Students will learn how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their ability to engage in social situations. They will also learn and practice skills to challenge these patterns. Presence at all 6 sessions is necessary, as this group follows a sequential protocol. Participants must be pre-screened by a facilitator.
