LEARN EFFECTIVE WAYS TO MANAGE STRESS AND ENHANCE PERFORMANCE

This workshop is FREE andopen to all OSU students.

Mental Skills for Stress Management and Performance Enhancement is a three session program designed to help participants develop mental skills to improve their ability to handle life stressors. The workshop teaches participants how to develop the ability to coach themselves effectively while applying practical mental state skills and perspectives.

This is a skills-based series; students will have the opportunity to experience and practice the cardinal mental skills. No prior referral is necessary to attend these workshops. Attendance to each workshop in the series is not mandatory but highly beneficial.

Session I- Wednesday, March 20, 2013 (300, Younkin Success Center)
Session II- Wednesday, March 27, 2013 (4th floor, Younkin Success Center)
Session III- Wednesday, April 3, 2013 (4th floor, Younkin Success Center
