Get ready for the May 4 Cap City Half Marathon! During this 12-week program, Rec Sports certified personal trainers will guide you through half marathon training fundamentals. This program will cover running mechanics, cross training, progressive mileage, and proper nutrition. Open to the first 30 participants. Register Monday, January 14 - January 24.
