Admission: Free for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 free fitness classes per semester.
Cardio/Strength Intervals - Interval work is an efficient way to get and stay in shape. This class will balance strength and cardiovascular work by using a variety of intervals and levels of training. Dancing, sprinting, squatting and pushups are all possibilities. Varying intensity will challenge your heart every time.
