Admission: Free for all students. Faculty, staff, and other members receive 30 free fitness classes per semester.

Hi/Lo Aerobics - Hi/Lo Aerobics is classic group exercise at its best. This 45-minute class incorporates rhythmic movement patterns of hi and low intensities, incorporating large muscle group movements through full ranges of motion. The best part? It's fun! Before you know it, you've reached your cardiovascular goal for the day.  End class with a good stretch, deep breaths, and a stronger you!
